I went through much of the excruciatingly long Cloakwood Forest dungeon. I managed to finish three of the four full-sized areas that make up the forest. The dungeon is long and brutally difficult, with many enemies that have powerful poisons and traps that can get your party killed when enemies swarm your incapacitated party. The difficulty is compacted by the extreme distance that you have to travel to safely rest the party (60 hours from deep within the forest to the nearest inn), so every trip back to town becomes a short journey in itself. It doesn't really effect the game (you can only get attacked randomly once per travel), but I feel a little bit bad extending my adventure's length in this way, even though as far as I can tell it has no effect unless you are on a time-sensitive mission for a party member.
