*MORE MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD* I was totally right about there being another dream sequence. The thing is, that even that one wasn't the end of it, I had to repeat the cycle of going to the Stray Sheep bar yet again and it is clear that there will be another, hopefully final, dream and puzzle sequence. The story finally seems to be wrapping up, with revelations as to who is behind the nightmares and why they have been happening. I thought that the explanation (which I won't spoil here) was kind of weak, as I was hoping for something more visceral than the logical explanation ultimately given. I feel like it ultimately clashes with the emotionally-driven plot and characters that have defined the world of "Catherine." Perhaps this disparity was intentional, but it feels too out of place and ultimately comes off as a bit unnatural within the context of the world. Other revelations, ones concerning certain characters, however, make perfect sense and serve as great moments of discovery while fitting well with the established mythos.
