Viqor played Mass Effect

Frustrated, but at myself and not the game. I made my way to Virmire after finding no new sidequests whatsoever on the Citadel. I went through this particularly important mission, making sure to do everything just right, and right near the end, I find out that Major Kirrahe has died: an unacceptable outcome for my Shepard It is only then, probably two hours into my session, that I realize that I missed one of the three optional objectives required to keep the Major alive. I looked through my data and saw that the only way to correct my mistake is to go back to the save I loaded from at the beginning of the day. In retrospect, I should have been smarter about creating permanent saves around the mission as it is one that I have historically had problems with, especially when it comes to Major Kirrahe.
